Gaurav completed his B.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi and his MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta in India.

Prior to starting RIR he had worked as an equity researcher in JP Morgan Chase after which he managed an investment partnership firm. He researches for appropriate investment options in the Indian stock market for RIR.

Aman completed his B.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi his MBA from Indian School of Business in Hyderabad in India.

He had worked for Schumberlger Oilfield Services. Thereafter, he led the business development efforts of an IT start-up called IYC World which offers services to the non-corporate sector in India and abroad. Thereafter he joined as Senior Manager, corporate strategy team at Anandabazar Patrika (ABP) group and Business Head for The Telegraph in Schools in Kolkata,India. Currently he is working as Project Manager, International Foundation for Research & Education for a setting up a university in Delhi, India.

Aman is a non-executive director at RIR and contributes to its business development.

Dr. Ravi Prakash completed his MBBS from Patna Medical College & Hospital and his M.Tech in IT from Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Allahabad in India.

Currently, he is the Managing Director at Cognigene Infosystems Pvt. Ltd., Director & IT Advisor at Sunai Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. and Director at Mentor Infosol Pvt.Ltd.

Ravi is an executive director at RIR and contributes to its investment decisions and business development.
